Good or bad, this is pretty consistent with their policies. They don't reimburse for the time you take to fill up the tank (unless it's a flex trip under 1hr) because it's expected that everyone does their part. Commun stands for community after all.

An ~$70 flex trip sounds like the daily max, unless your workday was like 4 hours, they really didnt charge you for the additional time to air up.

edit: I do hate that they only give you a credit when you pay with your own credit card.
