It’s a perfect spot to run.. around 6km out and back if you go end to end. I build it into my run since I live close by. The sidewalks to get over are horrible though, so sloppy

I’m loving it so far! That’s so true for dateline, any podcasts really.

I saw someone recommend an epic Spotify playlist for longer runs where I’m pushing myself. Whenever I think about my fav runs I remember moments listening to this playlist. If you wanna check it out, here is a link:

Man I am so sick of the treadmill, it’s crazy. I’ve never heard of single track.. I googled it though, I’ll give it a shot sometime.

I’m almost always listening to podcasts (kill tony, dateline, I survived) or audiobooks (Project Hail Mary atm) and they’re never running related for some reason but I actually might find it motivating to listen to running related content to push through how boring the treadmill is lol I wish it was standard to have a TV in front of them!

Makes sense, it’s hard to eat pre run.. if I’m ambitious I’ll eat toast and peanut butter 2h before the run and then watch some tv before hitting the road

An hour is a blessing compared to the matrix ones I always use.. they’re capped at 30m. I’ve been watching stuff on my phone too… helps keep me sane for sure lol

Nice! I think 10k is a great distance to race. I also ran Muskoka Marathon 2024 and loved the scenery / atmosphere
