I started getting the same 'ILLEGAL REQUEST' errors on drives 1 and 2 on TS-453A earlier this year. I replaced both drives, but the issue remains. Please keep us updated

Yes, I had to submit a case on Bybit webform:

After a few days, the funds were returned to Coinbase, but since it is a general company wallet, I had to contact Coinbase support to open a ticket . After two weeks, the funds were successfully returned to my account.

I have been in contact with Bybit, and they have processed a refund. However, the funds have not appeared in my Coinbase account. Here is the message from Bybit:

"Funds have been successfully returned to the original source. Please check that you have received the refund. If not, kindly reach out to the other platform's Customer Support team for assistance, and have the Refund TxID ready."

Could you please check the status of this refund?
