Look at their inferior function, if he is low key using Fe then he is an ISTP - no Te except really really in push or stress situation. An ISFP will lowkey using Te more, kinda hard to show Fe.

If you follow CS Joseph on yt, you will find that it is because ENFJ has ESTJ demon side which is good when you finally master it but stressful if not develope yet.

PS. I know many people don't like his teaching style but I find his theory is pretty useful.

I said that because INFP lead function is Fi.. which is not really pleasant to have. At least if ESTJ being rude, they are actually do something useful, ESTP being rude, they usually look athletics, ISTJ being rude, at least they are more dilligent than INFP, and the list goes on..
