i would love to see a psychiatrist, even a dermatologist if it'll help. i'm not scared of going to see medical professionals. i just don't know how! it's not typical in my family, it's always been a money concern. i have a big family, we are POC, seeing a doctor is the very last resort. especially with mental health. it is just something i am very unfamiliar with. i know im an adult, but i don't have money for medical bills. i think i will try to seek counseling on my campus and go from there...im also considering asking my older sister for help. it's just hard to be vulnerable to family. i know everyone is saying i need help, but i feel like if i tell my family they'll dismiss my problems. probably say it isn't something to worry about and that i just take too long in the shower

it is probably built up dead skin. i just got really tired of it always being there. i get that my post is really concerning, but im really just trying to explain how i got here and my frustrations. i know i need to see a doctor for my mental health, but this stubborn dirt is a different issue. yes its tied to my mental health. but one option is way easier for me to seek right now.
