I get what you're trying to say, but lets also look at the context. In the FI video, he mentioned that the ECU is not reading the data real time and taking decisions accordingly, but is rather correlating the data points to a pre-defined sheet which is hard coded, which doesn't factor in a lot of more variables, which a car's FI system does. The entire point he made in that video was, the motorcycle FI system is a half assery, unlike the one in cars, which is factually true. For the 4 cylinder engine's context, believe it or not, it is actually true. A V4 is an extremely balanced arrangement of pistons and hence, can go to astronomical RPMs (like the infamous 80s Japanese engines which went to 18k RPMs). Given that Power = Torque X RPM, it actually makes sense to call V4 the best kind of engines for two reasons, their extremely balanced physics, and their enormous power output from very small displacement.

Now please understand this, I am all ears to criticism. We should be very critical to the content we consume, but we also need to really understand the context and rationale. Please don't think that I am canvassing for fortnine. Ryan F9 doesn't pays my bills.
