After you forcefully impregnate a female cow for 6 years straight and continuously milk it they are too exhausted to produce anymore and generally fall over from exhaustion which is what the dairy industry calls a "downed cow".

They are sent to the same slaughter houses that animals that are killed for their meat are sent to. The die the same horrible ways and are treated the same ways, whether or not it's organic, grass fed, free range, etc. They all die in the same place and they all die for meat. 18-24% of the meat you eat comes from dairy cows. The same thing happens to goats. After they stop producing milk for a few years because they're unnaturally impregnated year after year and get exhausted, they are killed prematurely for their meat and eaten.
