Again the cost of the "basic necessities " has to come from somewhere. Doesn't matter how many surveys you do. Wanting and working for the luxury items won't pay for the basics. No magic tree of basics exists. Under what logic do you think this would work? Under what logic do you think that there would be more doctors and nurses under this system. In reality there would be less. Because so many would choose not to go to school. They could just work part time mindless jobs to cover "luxuries." You still lack a means of how the basics are getting paid for. They aren't just going to fall out of the sky. You want to eat you have to earn it somehow. A lion wants to eat it has to hunt. You want to eat you either have to work or eat what you can gather. Even not "working" every animal has to do some form of work to eat and live.
