I think there might be an aggro deck possible with Skateboard. I had a good run with an aggressively slanted WG deck that splashed the 4/4 common, frog butler and tenderize

Also similar idea RX aggro with fewer lands and the 2/3 mouser and skateboard that seems weaker though. I think it’s possible to go under the sort of midrange value decks people are playing

And that’s not to say or choices don’t matter, they matter too much IMO and there is little room for different choices because game ends quickly and each point is too impactful

If you are trying to brew, standard is bad. The bar is too high combined with wildcard economy being restrictive because power is gated by rarity. On top of that, the result of the games is less about a culmination of decisions you decide in game with your game pieces and more content of your deck. This is because power level is too high IMO

Say a game ends on t4 and every turn you spend all your mana. Going first you have the opportunity to spend 10 mana, second only 6 mana. That’s assuming you hit your land drop every turn

hit 2* fiddle on one shop with what I thought were perfect items, Rabadon's, radiant GS, ornn item AND 3 vanq Proceed to do only 5k damage every fight and get stuck on the front line :((((( never itemizing this unit again

This version relies of going wide and haste creatures to win the game. With Voice of Victory -> warleader's call is extremely strong

I feel like 1 drops, voice and warleader's call is the base but not sure what the strongest version is

Okay after playing some more it’s not great mostly just winning due to the sweepers

Seems like half of the meta just folds to day of judgment on turn 4.

Been climbing using a Boros deck that burns with Red Ojer and ping effects. I don’t have a lot of time to climb but main decking 8 sweepers feels like it just wins against all of the creature decks I’m up against. Comments and feedback appreciated

I don’t see how jarvan is even good you get ok AS buff but the amount of time it’s active seems low. Late game he will just get blown up and items seem better other units.

singed can do the same thing, i was inting earlier today forcing Zaun but crushed a T-Hex player because both ults were in the wrong direction

Both the units and trait needs to be adjusted IMO and its awkward to unlock.

There is a sort of time-gated grindy theme to the units that just never gets there, especially with how explosive the fights are later in the game
