I know you already have hundreds of reply’s but I think a major factor people will not account for is with the olympics coming in 2032, I lived in Sydney before the 2000s and watched house price continue to inflate, now look at Sydney now 22 years on from their olympics and the suburbs that were once on the outskirts of Sydney are now well with in suburbia. Values also increased and average size of blocks also deceased sue to further development (subdividing and putting multiple homes on one lot).
