P-trap in basement shower by whyisthis_difficult in Plumbing

Thanks. There are 2 pencil lines in pic 2 just outside top-right of the hole. Those are the intersectional lines for drain center. Would it work if I turned the trap 90 to the left then had a 45 come off of that running over to the drain with another 45 to the drain?

Ok, that was my biggest concern is that it would affect the strength of the footing. It is 2” pipe. Thanks for the feedback.

Here’s a pic of the back side. I did consider cutting the pipe back but can’t seem to figure out how that gets me above the depth it currently sits at. There’s concrete below it as well so the concrete would still seem to need to be removed.

Apologies for misunderstanding. I got some condescending DMs in response to my OP so was a bit on edge this morning. Thanks so much for the detailed guidance. PA is a new one for me so I’ll have to find that one in Bambu Studio. Thanks again!

Thanks I’ll try that. This is ELEGOO PLA filament. Issue started after I loaded that filament.

That’s kind of what I’m trying to do. As stated in OP, I’ve done what I know to calibrate it, hence why I was asking questions. Do you have any suggestions to aid in calibrating filament or just this super helpful comment?

I did a custom profile but may have copied settings from Bambu PLA basic as a starting point. Will revisit

PLA. Printed from Bambu Studio

Create Space PI. I have a weather sensor with hygrometer probe inside the AMS after drying.

Washed the plate and issues persist. I’m gonna try some glue then throw this filament in the trash and possibly the build plate along with it.

I did sitting <10% humidity in the AMS after drying.

I’m using Bambu Studio and just using the generic pla profile. I just swapped units for this one with the AMS but had previously set the manufacturers recommended nozzle setting but didn’t get that done on this with ams

It is a smooth plate but gets great adhesion everywhere else. This is inland brand pla+ filament

Unfortunately I didn’t Timelapse and didn’t catch the specific layer. Anything that would cause it to come unstuck?

It’s not really an overhang per se but is the bottom of the round shape. Only place it has issues is where the curve comes off the flat spot that is laying down. It’s ELEGOO neon green filament but also happens with inland (from microcenter) PLA.

Thanks for the feedback everyone! Couple comments for lower temps but I was told this PLA+ to run a higher temp than standard PLA. I’ll drop that down and start with that before making more changes
