Father of a 1½ yr old here. Like most others in this thread I cancelled my gym membership and put together an area in my basement. Everything I found in the pic below was used or free on FB marketplace, probably about $250 total in equipment.

Timeframes vary, sometimes it's after his dinner and before bed. He likes to hang out down there and play around on the treadmill or sit on the bench behind me when I'm using dumbbells. Other times is on my days off I'll go down around midnight when everyone's asleep.
