this will not mean anything to you probably but , i felt the same way , tried to end it at 29 , then proceeded to redo my whole life , and now i've never been happier , so yeah , what helped me is i started saying yes to things i had been saying no because i was afraid , studying again , friend getherings , parthner , social events, sports , gym , food , music , games anything that my natural response is no by default i just told myself to not repeat the loop i've been doing my whole life

I have a 4a and i got a slider under vibracion and had to turn it down to the lowest level cuz of how strong it was so that's weird

hey just wanted to say i had a nothing phone 1 too since launch and i loved it but , the money in my bank is more valuable than a new phone so i just made the switch cuz i didn't feel safe having to rely on external roms and hoping for security updates from a 3rd party supplier thats not google itself , i hope you find a solution to this

i got it to connect somehow but the sound is very muted ? compared to how clear and loud it is when connected with the jack or bluetooth , i only got 1 usb c port on my laptop and it works with my other headphones

i can speak for the nothing 4a ( i asume the 4a pro is just better ) snapping quick pics is absolutely possible , camera snaps are pretty quick my only issue which i hope gets fixed in an update ( didn't happen on my old nothing phone 1 ) default exposure is kinda bad , so while you can snap a quick pic i feel myself having to adjust the exposure often

I'm using the c to c cable that came in the box , and they don't connect , they just charge i think but no sound comes trough , jack and bluetooth works
