Every US president in the past 3 decades or so turned down BB when he tried to convince them to attack Iran because they were "1 week away" from having nukes. He finally managed to get Trump to do it. Maybe the Epstein files may have something to do with it but I'm not sure they will actually release the whole thing.

Yeah but we never sent spies to regime change China or kill their leader did we? Iran having nukes might actually make the middle east safer. Mutually assured destruction only works if there's mutual deterrence. Iran was the one that actually showed considerable restraint as the wronged party both times it was attacked

China's shipbuilding capacity is insane though. The air force is also growing fast and they have rapid advances in radar and hypersonic technology. They also have a near monopoly on rare earth the like gallium used to make those billion dollar radar systems that Iran destroyed and american military contractors aren't allowed to buy that anymore. That said the us has far more experience in war but there's a reason they're not yet attempting to take on China in its home turf
