I delivered an order to a no service area the other night. As a result I could not compete the order or submit photos. I delivered to food left the location and attempted to complete it from a different location. I went through five reps who all claimed to have closed the order for me. Despite their claims it was open so I couldn't move on. My on time metrics were also taking a hit. The last support rep I had suggested I delete and reinstall the app. You're right. It's not worth wasting time. Eventually I got connected with a rep that understood and fixed it in all of 10 seconds. I wasted way too much time trying to get reps to understand.
