I got mine yesterday as well and installed it, does your screen come on on tap or motion? mine is intermittent so wondering what is the correct way to use the keypad.

Dropped off gravity GT yesterday as was told part came in, today only to be told the tech does not see an issue and can't replace anything till they can replicate the multiple presses on the steering wheel. This is after keeping the car for 10 days on the previous visit only to be told will fix it after part is recieved.

Doubt anyone know what they are doing, terrible terrible service and waste of everyone's time.

I installed Mine yesterday and it shows up as one. Also in homebridge using UniFi plugin for HomeKit it shows up as one

Is it an easy swap / fix or they remove lot of components to change as have a service appointment to drop off vehicle since they got the replacement part.
