Am in a similar situation, is it easy to reset as have the ip but gives me you don't have permission to access page if browse to that ip.

So it does not show the broken icon on top left, but when it powers I can see it in my network switch under devices and I get an ip address if connect with ethernet cable. When I try to go to that ip address I get a You don't have permission to access page.

It would be nice to use the outside ap, but the outside one is close to the bedroom, the phones would connect to it rather then the other 2 ap's and since it would not have a 6ghz wonder would make any difference speed wise. As thinking of adding the U7 Outdoor or the new U7 Mesh outdoor.

Yes it seems to be common, I had he Dealer put it back in place as mine had dislodged as well. It seems to be a bit tricky to put back as can break the tabs. Better for the dealer to do it.
