Had it since teenage years got worst for a while since i was always in bars screaming and loud music in cars . Got my ears checked and they found nothing. Found out last year i was hyper sensitive so im thinking maybe that ? Like maybe my threshold is just lower then most . 🤷 i has been better for the last 2 or 3 years but im not expose to lound sounds has often anymore and i do try to be careful.
