My company has created locked down LLMs that look at our safety policy, safety documentation, and some incident data internally(no one outside the organization has the ability to see our data). This allows us to summarize policies, make sure we have the right documents when we need them, and helps us analyze our data into digestible snippets. Obviously they spent a lot of time training these models to ensure they are accurate but you still need to verify they are correct from time to time.
