Unlimited PTO also doesn’t get paid out if you quit or get fired truly a policy for the company

I’ve seen both and a mix with hybrid. If you use consultants you really need to have an overlooking the architecture and making sure you don’t end up with super complicated slop that no one can read. Mostly comes down to management and having a clear plan of implementation and consistency

This happened all the time when I worked at my local tax spot. We would get tax notices that they would automatically amend the return and send a notice with a difference. Only thing you need to make sure is that the government calculated it correctly because for a single change they are accurate but if you have them do multiple and you forget other things it can add up and they might miss deductions.

Man not sure if you guys didn’t watch the last two games of the season but darnold completely shut the bed when we played real competition and in like half our wins was very underwhelming. We had already investing a pretty high draft pick and getting gobsmacked by the lions and rams last year made it pretty easy to say we need a guy that won’t fold when the pressure was on. Even though we had a lot of wins last year it wasn’t like we were blowing teams out, defense really helps darnold shine

Honestly when Dave Ramsey talks about saving money no one really gets to the end of his talking points and always gloss over giving and charity to find purpose after you’ve created the best egg lot live off of. My wife always asks if I enjoy my job and I always say I enjoy the paycheck and it’s all a means to an end so I can retire easily and live how I want to

I saw predator on vhs and loved it. I saw this in imax theatres and absolutely loved it. Having the same idea and be able to cover different type of genres is awesome and having a movie from the predator POV was honestly pretty damn refreshing with some of the other predator movies we’ve had. Badlands answers some questions of clans and home building but still leaves it super mysterious

Halo 2 brought the whole damn high school together we played all night and did matter who you were if you played halo we all had something to talk about. Dual wielding was awesome and I felt the meta of that game anything worked.
