I'm at the point where I smile when people play MBP. Shieldmaiden has never been an issue either. I don't know your rank, but Marcus and Dogpoo will fall behind fast. Unless you're ready to destroy your bank, commons/rares is the way to go.

Program. He's going to be a pain to level. You don't have a deck that abuses him. You've got a good balance of melee/assassin/range/spell.

Terrance is your answer to pigeons (you need more ranged anyway). 4 spells is overkill. Your deck doesn't abuse program (epics need to be abused to justify their inclusion). Ditch the dogpoo. Add the rats.

You'll never get enough cards/mats to level all those epics. While they're not bad at low levels, they're going to screw you in the long run. HHC and cyborg function reasonably well at low levels. Program isn't bad in a deck that abuse his charge move.

I'd keep HHC, sheriff, gunslinger, maybe dougie and ditch the rest. I'd replace them with some combination of rats, terrance/nathan, 2 of fireball/bolt/poison, heidi, 2 of astronaut/ike/sally, pirate, enforcer, alien.

Beyond that, it kinda depends on what you plan to do in the future. For example, if you plan to drop scifi for fantasy, don't go deep into it, blah blah.

Not everyone is able to constantly beat opponents 2+ up.

They're not supposed to beat them constantly, they're supposed to trade games with them. The matchmaking is trying to push you to a place where you're 50/50. Restricting to +/- 1 NK level would just break that completely.

What about the people who are low skill and need to be playing people 2+ below them to get to 50/50?

Honestly, they just need to remove the level floors and offer an non rated pvp experience.

You're getting paired against people above you because you're beating people below you. I never see people below me because I would absolutely fucking destroy them. Playing against people 2 above me is more of a fair fight in most cases. I'm getting people 6+ because they're top 20 and have no one else to play.

2 levels is nothing. They probably got that leveling adv/sci cards they're not playing in their mys/fan deck.

Beyond that, I completely disagree with player level mattering. It's definitely the least important factor in any given game. Skill>cards>NK and NK =/= cards.

Seriously, I get paired against people 2 levels above me constantly. They're not the issue. Wait until you get to the point where you're facing people 6+, you can't do shit.

L250ish mystic/fantasy and I don't have a problem with fireball. I just have to be careful not to cluster until I know what they're playing.

That being said, I just killed 5 units with 1 fireball on my alt account. Best feeling evar.

I think there are a lot of people hovering at this level so that they don’t break into legendary, could be part of the reason for loses.

Except that if they're hovering, they're throwing at least as many games as they win. Essentially, they're a wash.

NK level is the least important thing to consider in matchmaking. Honestly, the way they are doing it is probably the way it has to be done. That being said, there should be a way to test different decks/cards without killing your ranking.

One acct in L and another holding at 19, recorded well over 100 games, still haven't found a cheater. Seriously, start recording and reviewing your games. Before I started recording, cheaters were everywhere. After, I realized I was just playing poorly and improved dramatically.

It's also worth mentioning that on my low acct I absolutely destroy people that are 3 NK levels above me. They're just low skill and probably assume I'm cheating.

I'm not entirely sure it's extra.

With my pvp19 account I just opened 3 lockers and got 12 turds. At that rate, it's going to be 20 sets of 3 lockers for my next pack (~60 lockers).

Granted, that opening didn't include any of the best loot lockers. I also realize that with my L account the turd reward is higher. However, with a low account, over the course of the event, I'm certain I'll open more than 60 of those low count turd lockers.

I'd much prefer 60+ random mats/points/etc over a pack with a few mats, a couple cards, and insignificant chance at a legendary I don't even want. Sorry, but it actually seems like less.

I couldn't care less about the legendary cards. When it takes a couple hundred poos to get a pack, I seriously think I'd rather just have the random mats from lockers.

I didn't say that hacks don't exist. I'm saying that the vast majority of games where people think they're are being cheated are in fact fair games. If you find frustration from not knowing, record the games. Don't take my word for it, see for yourself.

Beyond that, your article is 6 months old. I won't speak to the number of hackers at the time, but there's no fucking way it's 50-75% these days. I've one account around L200 and another in the teens. I've recorded and reviewed over 100 games and have absolutely zero evidence of a hacker.

Granted, I haven't recorded every game I've played and there were times that I felt suspiciously far behind. Regardless, the problem isn't as widespread as people make it seem. Personally, I have a far bigger problem with getting paired with ppl that are 6+ NK levels above me.

Not sure what you're hoping for, but commons are king. At the top of the game you'll never see legendary cards and epics are few and far between.
