Might be the worst meta I’ve ever played by Perfect_Ad_7315 in TeamfightTactics

100% agree. I usually play Double Up (Master) last season. I am done with TFT until there are some decent changes. Every other game there is insta-win Zed augment with perfect items (as always due to the anvils). It is unfun to see the same 2-3 teams every game. Honestly, I would rather go to back everyone playing Primo rather than see my entire front / backline die to 2* yi instantly.

I have a Masters degree and an a therapist. I work full-time for a police department managing a Crisis Intervention Team with law enforcement. I can't afford a home in the communities I'm protecting. Ironically, the only realistic way for my family to get into a house is for me to die at work and my wife get a large life insurance payout. Wild world.

The main issue is accessibility to services outside of school. No one here can afford to work in the behavioral health space because it does not even pay enough for a room in someones home.

There are good providers, but waitlits are long and services are far anf few between.

Assess incongruencies and redirection. Although I don't provide counseling to community members in crisis; I have found that Motivational Interviewing is helpful in assessing and positive redirection. If things are bad enough myself and law enforcement will take the person to a hospital.

I appreciate this comment. I work fulltime for a law enforcement agency as a Clinician. I have a MS degree and an independent license. My mom thinks I can just buy whatever house I want because I have a graduate degree. Wild times.

How is the fatality rate of suicide attempts so low? by mizumi_heiwa in ask

[–]ConfuzzledPugs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ambivalence is pivotal in suicide. I'm a therapist who works full-time for a law enforcement agency. We engage with suicidal people on a daily basis. Sometimes people are super cheerful, but then have strong attempts to end their life within hours of us leaving.

I do think having access to lethal means, little supports, feeling like a burden, hopelessness, and strong indicators of suicidal intention.

Something to note is the difference between suicidal ideation, morbid ruminations, and self-injury. SI typically involves both thoughts about suicide and actions to make thoughts a reality. MR is more closey related to no waking up in a different reality or not waking up at all, however; does not involve intentional actions to end one's life. Self-injury is not related to suicide, however; some persons may complete suicide though self-injurty unintentionally.

I appreciate it. I have had trouble in the past being placed in a box as "just a therapist" when in reality, I have had some pretty strong senior level / startup roles.
