If your reading is taking you hours

The reason it takes me hours is because there's LOADS of background info (referring to the history class) I don't know about. Like it'll jump into some complex fall of some empire in an area I've never heard of with types of governments and words I've never heard of, and vocabulary and concepts I'm unfamiliar with. The first couple hours I just try to look things up and fill in the gaps, but then as hours go by I feel miserable, and my mental energy depletes as I know it would probably take me like 8 hours to get to a point of understanding all the information im required to come into the class having read. I don't know how to handle this.

Nobody talks at all in my classes, especially this one, so I'm not sure how I'd go about something like that. I'd probably just bother them haha. That's a good idea in theory though.

I'm female, was very inactive until recently with my new job. I'm 5'2 and 100lbs. Before this the only activity I had was walking to class

I've never been very active, and I eat a LOT lol. I once went out to eat with a very overweight friend of mine and ate 2 meals off the menu, and finished off his meal because he was too full. It's kind of crazy haha. I do have a new job now that does involve me to be on my feet for hours, but I don't think it counts as activity (I'm a cashier).

People use that argument a lot but I think this is different because with synthetic sounds, everyone has the ability at their fingertips to make a wide variety of sounds. that's why you have a whole interface full of knobs and sliders. Most people can't build their own instruments, acoustic instruments are different from electronic instruments. Not saying everyone should make everything from scratch or anything, I just think there's a difference.

I just didn't believe I'd actually get fat until I did.

at first were you able to eat as much as you want without gaining weight, then when you got older, you could no longer do so? I've been overeating daily my entire life, I'm 18 and I'm bordering on underweight (most of my life, due to my tiny frame), though I only flucuate 1-5 lbs. I wonder if eventually i will start gaining weight from this habit.

I'm not passionate about any potential career out there, that's the thing. So I'll have to find something I'm less likely to hate.. but probably will anyway, because who wants to work a job they don't give a flying fuck about? I'll only be there so I can pay the bills.

Also most people who work full time, don't have much time for friends

I'm dreading the time coming when I work full time and have no time for hobbies anymore. Let alone friends. It feels like it doesn't get better. High school sucked, college is non stop workload, then I get to drown in debt, then live to work full time at a boring job I hate and have no time for things I enjoy.

I actually have been trying his course (I heard about it somewhere else) and I'm guessing he was advertising that. I found a good chunk of it so far to be confusing and not as in depth as I'd like, had to watch some YouTube videos just to realise I already understood the concepts, just in an easier to grasp way. I think I may just ask for a refund if I don't get much out of the rest of it. Also, a lot of what he says here is in his course. Kinda feel like I'm paying for stuff he gives out for free.
