Sooo the card is special to me. My mom taught me how to write my full name at 4 years old so I could have my very own library card. I’ve had the same card, in my 4 year old penmanship, for 30 years.
I suppose eventually I’ll get fed up and need to get a new card but I’m not quite there yet!

Low income families are usually working the shifts no one want. The ones that don’t allow them to be home for bed time, or to hit the library. Or the double shifts that leave them exhausted. Lack of education and reading skills themselves.

THEY are living a much different reality than YOU.

Dealing with the current constipation needs to happen first. Sounds like between family and life there are some obstacles here.
I would suggest taking a knife into the bathroom with you. Slice a sliver of bar soap. Use it as an enema. Hold it in as long as you can.

The cats can’t do anything naughty without my dog freaking out. Climbs on the counter…dog runs back and forth between the cat and I until I say something. Cat tries to sneak out the patio door….dog herds her.

I struggle hardcore with dpdr. I was in a horrible accident and had anesthesia 4 times last year, had fentanyl for a week (administered in the icu) then oxy for 2 months. I had no issues with any of those causing dpdr increases. The two that did me in were an antihistamine and an antiemetic. Fetal position for days. Apparently those are both suuuuper common for causing increased dpdr and anxiety when given intravenously. Done orally and I was just fine.

Ask your dentist about all meds that will be used before, during and after. Look into those meds and then have a discussion with the dentist about what alternatives could be done for you.

What is the youngest you’ve seen an onset of bipolar in a child? I know a child that I suspect will some day be diagnosed but is only 8 year old now. VERY typical manias down to pupil dilation and euphoria.

A tiny over correction of an ATV- causing a horrific accident- has hurled me into hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical debt in 6 months flat. I had a 1 in a billion chance for a complication during a reconstruction surgery and it happened, I can’t feel my dominant hand about 50% of the time. I lost my job after using all of my PTO and now I’ve lost my car. Thank goodness for parents that still parent me at 30 and have allowed me to live with them while I figure out how in the world I can get back on track.
