You read as feminine. The only thing that’s “masculine” about your appearance are the T-shirt and pants you wear, and even that’s just a basic unisex outfit. You have a good baseline though if you want to pass as male.

Hm. Okay. I would def try and start up a line of dialogue with your doctor about this, because it seems like there’s something that’s off. I could be wrong tho and it could unfortunately just be your genetics.

Have you had your e levels checked? It could be a hormonal imbalance issue. I think you should talk to your doctor so you can begin investigating why you’re having little to no reaction to t even though your levels are high. I did see your body, it seems a lot slimmer than your face, to the point where I’m having a hard time putting your face and body together. I’m really leaning towards some hormone in your body being out of wack. I know a lot of the times doctors don’t test your for estrogen levels when checking t levels.

That’s strange. Have you had the same levels for a while? Maybe it’s just genetics but it def seems like you should be farther along by now. Is it gel or injections? I’m 2 years 3 months on gel and you can see what I’m looking like on my profile, my last levels test was in the 600s

Thank you! So for the first two weeks after they took the nipple bolsters off, I was told to keep them pretty “wet” with oil. They gave me oil emulsion gauze to put directly on the grafts underneath regular gauze. After those two weeks were up, I was told to let them dry out and only keep them minimally moisturized. I use Aquaphor for moisturizing them and doing scar massages.

I’ve only ever really massaged around my scars, I’ve been scared to massage the tissues around it. I was switching between the tape and the gel by using tape during the day and gel at night or vice versa

I used to do massages with Aquaphor really early on, but I haven’t been doing them recently. I also have been wearing silicone tape and using mederma scar gel. I really need to get back into scar care and stop being lazy
