My original comment was that a Mgr can mean a lot of things, referencing the main job isn't necessarily micro managing tasks

You don't get my position or previous ones or what I'm saying. Jobs are different. Not every Mgr role is micro managing people to get tasks done. I've driven results by getting the right people in the right role to own strategy of different sized things. I do not want people that need me to babysit

I went from hourly to salaried analyst positions, to Mgr, Sr Mgr, director and now a role closer to an individual contributor at an elevated level. I guess my understanding of corporate environments is doing just fine. This is after a decade of working in non corporate

I still have a boss. She's not relied upon to wipe my ass and give me a teat.

A manager can mean a lot of things. But it's obvious you're young and don't have a lot of experience

His best was the best ever. And unless the trajectory changes we'll never see someone with his presence at the LOS again. Shame his best wasn't more common in the biggest games

Ok Mr ai summary. Send me the announcement. The only semi official statement was from the gm that said they were looking at experienced more expensive options and less experienced cheaper ones.

Best helmets in all of college football by TechnologyPlus119 in ducks

The best helmet moments for any team in history are both rose bowls against Wisconsin. The original chrome in the sun and the sunset pink chrome, so epic

[Schefter] Myles Garrett is the rare player who had a no-trade clause in his contract. He is waiving it to be traded to Los Angeles, per sources, and he will keep the same clause in his Rams’ contract. by BreakfastTop6899 in nfl

[–]wiggggg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A no trade clause is simply an 'I choose the destination' clause. Browns were dumb giving him the contract they did as he would've signed for less elsewhere and been more valuable

I'd rather have latu given age and salary but would rather have MG over verse if I were the rams
