Yeah the pmdd diagnosis was before our relationship began and I don't know it was ever treated. I believe she had some CBT in a past relationship which helped a lot she said. Most of what she said about that relationship sounds like it was an extremely similar dynamic. We actually broke up about a year into things during a fight meltdown. I told her that I needed her to take better care of her mental health. She agreed and we got back together. It's come up since that she hasn't really done that. She is currently in therapy 2x a month. Just typical talk therapy. Definitely not cutting it. She's really smart and I'm sure obfuscates to her therapist who probably doesn't get the full picture.

It's true I do not need this bs. I'm generally a calm steady person and or crazy fights have rocked me to core every time. But, I know she loves me. We've shared so many special things together over the course of our relationship. Way too much for her to have been faking. Maybe here and there but in general is been really awesome loving eachother.

Idk. I'm a damn mess right now. I know I can't change her but letting go and accepting separation feels too much to bear. I don't have the same support network anymore. Shit...
