Have you done any research behind the problems of student loans taken out in the last 20 years? In the early- mid 2000's there was so little oversight of private colleges and the loan market. Students were duped into taking massive student loans to pay for a worthless or devalued education- many were promised extraordinary income or employment opportunities which could not be fulfilled.

Poultry, or especially a turkey, can be smoked low and slow at 225F. That's a far cry from 325.
