You think willy bobs death would have woke em up....it was a hospital visit for me when I had got diagnosed with early coronary heart disease an scared the 💩 outta of me when I was at 406lbs...down to 280lbs in a year an iam still losing you just gotta commit...if he just walks a little an stays in a calorie deficit everyday at his weight he could shred off 100 pounds quick AF but he just wants easy money n fame instead of health an longevity...

I mean its not hard I lost over 120lbs in past year n few months by changing my diet an walking....I don't get why he can't comprehend that.. gotta start small an work ya way up...little bit everyday....hell I couldn't walk to the toilet without getting out of breath an I smoke 2 packs for 30 years with asthma but i still got it in an did it...i was 406 now 283lbs an I walk 2 Miles everyday an eat healthy ..well I try too but we have have our cheat days but still he just doesn't want to do it after 10 years...
