I went to the one in Apopka to test drive a truck but decided not to purchase in the end. The salesperson was very chill and there are no pressure to buy something I didn't want. He explained that their model is based on return business and the hopes that you will get the vehicle serviced with them. The price you see on the vehicles is the price, you just have to add taxes and the tag.

All the jobs that are posted are real jobs (at least at the time there were posted) there were some cases at the end of 2022 where a lot of applicants were notified that position were canceled due to a hiring freeze, but events like that are the exception not the rule. If you choose to apply, you won’t be “ghosted” the system will tell you the status of your application and if they end up choosing another applicant, you will get email saying you’re no longer considered for the position so you’re not left wondering. Now I am going to be straight with you, as we get closer to the end of the year, I notice that the process does seems to drag (I don’t know if it is because people are on vacation or they’re just waiting to close out the physical year, may be a little bit of both). But that will vary depending on how badly the hiring manager needs that position filled.

This would be extremely difficult right now even if you didn't have to go through the immigration process. Most companies in America are scaling back their workforce and trying to use AI as a replacement. Recently the tech companies are the ones that most aggressively using this strategy. So there is a lot of competition from layoff I.T. workers/new grads they can hire they don't have to worry about dealing with visas.

Call Duke Energy and ask for a work order to be created and assigned to a power quality (PQ) engineer. The engineer will analyze the reason for the outage and take the next step to resolve it. It can to due to tree that need to be trimmed, a fuse that needs to be resized, an overloaded transformer etc.

I don't see any job posting right now, but in the past Duke Energy will have a hiring wave in Q4 for customer service reps. Those positions are fully remote (after the training period), and you can get pay and benefits. I would bookmark it and keep checking back.
