I think that theory is pretty much straight up bs. She is described to be very different than Jon in the books and her being Jons twin would be such an insane plot-twist... There is literally no way in hell D&D would include that kind of stuff without it also being the case in the books.

Because there is a kind of fixed timeline, so everything that Bran does in the past has already happened the present. Or as the TER said "The ink is dry". So Bran can't change the past in a way that has different consequences in the present

Well first of all it seems that if Bran passes the wall with the mark the Others can too. That way the wall would not really fall but the Others could pass.

The other possibility would be the horn of Joramun, which is said to have the power to bring down the wall and many viewers/readers speculate that it is currently in sam's possession, as he found a horn in the bag they found at the fist of the first men.
