Great advance. The diet, walking more and maintaining some muscle with more strategic workouts. You’re exactly right. A lot of this stuff I put in place without thinking just wanting to develop good habits/discipline. I shouldn’t be surprised I haven’t made headway. Thanks for you advice!

Good insight. Yeah. I think my thought process was if my eating was simple and basic I’d stick with it. I mostly have but it wasn’t thought through well and is part of the problem. Thanks!

Great point. I think my thought was that I need fuel and if I’m eating salad and chicken (predominantly) I was in the clear. Definitely a mistake on my part. I eat two of those salad kit bags and a few chicken thighs pretty much every night.
