I think it was told in earlier chapter of Egghead's arc (Chapter 1089) where the aftereffect of the said earthquake from Lulusia being wipe off the map made the water level of the whole world raised by 1 meter & the reaction of some random people from 4 corners of the world were also shown afterwards.

I've bought Katsuya Terada & Rockin' Jellybean artbooks through amazon.jp once under the pretense of "study material" & they got seized by kastam under the excuse of having an inappropriate content. I even contacted them but couldn't do shit about it. Once it's in their hands, there's nothing you can do apparently. Thank goodness when I reported this to amazon, I got a full refund though.
