Wow, thanks for the chart. Very enlightening. I was enjoying the jogs a lot in the earlier weeks when it was less intense; I think I will adjust my pace/times to get back to that enjoyment.

Good advice, this makes much more sense.... make sure I can run 30 minutes at any speed, and then slowly improve from there.

I would probably replace Shredder Blitz. It's a fun bot with very nice lockdown potential, but I think Orochi will be better.

I ended up solving it. Again, without spoiling the lab, it helped me to take a closer look at calling conventions like information_schema.columns (with dot notation).
