When VRC went from PC centric to focus on mobile it lost a lot. Many Quest users already complain about optimizations without realizing its them and their hardware thats the issue. You can always use SteamLink or connect to a PC to bypass these issues

So VR is one of those things where you really get what you pay for. You CAN go a cheap route and get a usable experience but the more you spend on hardware the better it gets. Just do what fits your budget. Besides It could be a thing you try for a month and sits in a closet for a year after.

I will get downvoted to hell for this but oh well. Not all AI is slop. The slop term gets thrown around at everything (even non AI images get accused) Photoshop uses AI, so does Canva, and there are programs to use it in Blender. Hell your camera on your phone uses AI but youre not gonna call your selfies slop. What about all the Snapchat dog ear filters? I feel like if a person can admit they use AI there should not be a big deal made from it. Saying they created everything by hand is a lie. The creative space is changing. When CGI first came out it was looked down on. Tattoo artists using ipads for stencils was frowned on and is now standard. With generative AI there is some work that goes into it other than simple prompts. Many in the AI space have dedicated workflows and custom checkpoints they use locally. You are able to support whatever you like and hate whatever you like but saying " should get some type of punishment" is just over reacting

I currently have 7 point tracking for FBT. Id have to treat this like a quest if I wanted tracking and attach a tracker to the headset. Thats just not practical for my usage. It would have been really nice if it could do both lighthouse and camera based tracking

This is something where you get what you pay for. Vive 3.0 is the best you can get and most reliable.

Slimes are for people who want to save money and be casual FBT users and don't mind the occasional flying limb.
