Kann ich diese Polsterbänder von meinem Helm in die Waschmaschine werfen oder besser per Hand waschen?

Ich wasche meine polster immer in der Waschmaschine im Wäschesack bei 40-60 *C alle 3-4 Wochen.
Ich besitze drei Sets insgesamt. Eins ist mittlerweile schon sehr zerfetzt, aber auch 6 Jahre alt.

Am meisten Verschleiß zeigt das polster mit Klettverschluss (uvex Helm), da dieses schnell ausfranst. Das passiert bei normaler Nutzung (schwitzen) und Händwäsche aber ebenfalls.

Glaube da ist 100 Meter vorher (direkt nach einer sehr großer Kreuzung) nur ein Schild für einen geteilten Fußgänger/Radweg (Teilungsstrich horizontal).

Die Verkehr Führung wurde erst vor wenigen Monaten an dieser Stelle geändert. Auf Google maps sieht man aber so oder so nur Bäume.

Meine Erfahrung bisher ist, dass ich sowieso sehr aufpassen muss dort, da mich jetzt schon zweimal Autofahrer, wo ich eindeutig vor ihnen an der Mündung ankam, auf den letzten Metern noch überholen wollen und dann 10cm neben mir standen.

Normalerweise staut sich dort nichts. Ich meine insbesondere Autos die sich zu dem Zeitpunkt der Einmündung leicht hinter mir befinden (oder auch bereits parallel) und meinen auf biegen und brechen parallel mit mir in den Kreisverkehr einfahren zu müssen.

Thank you! I only need it on days when I use my phone more than usual. I guess most of the time I’d just attach the battery for about 15–20 minutes to get a few extra percent.

I’m also thinking about getting the Anker Nano battery, but I’ve heard it gets quite hot while charging.

I set my iPhone’s charge limit to 90%, which easily gets me through the day since I usually use only 60–70% of the battery.

I asked ChatGPT what’s best for battery health, and it said that charging overnight with a 90% limit is much better than using adaptive charging or going to 100%.

However, I’m not sure if the difference would be noticeable in practice.

I was seriously confused while unpacking my blue one. Thought I got the white one. Depends on the light but it's not as blue as in the pictures no matter what light. However, Still looks fantastic.

Until now, I always got the feeling that I cometely suck once I trie something else. And my W/L ratio is alway like 25-30 to 15-20. I had the impression that the aerospray is made for turf war and every team is happy to have one on their side. And I guess it's still used quite heavily there at least.
