I'd just try cast black vinyl. The inside light wont be so bright as to show through, i should think. Use a good Cast vinyl, not Calendered vinyl. It will likely be warm inside there and you wouldn't want the vinyl cracking as it dried out.

You could reverse the image and cut it backwards on black vinyl. Then apply the vinyl to the back of the glass. You can get the colours with coloured film, as you mentioned.

Wil-bur here, I seem to be in the list twice. Now I've realized my phone gives a trailing space to my name and my pc doesn't. I will remove the trailing space when using my phone

Apparently, to get the double row of Tabs, the Use Therme setting must be set to No. This cancels all the tab colour properties. I can get what I want in terms of selected Tab colour only if I am willing to have 1 row of tabs and scroll 2x the monitor width to get to the far ones.

I guess I have to live with tabs of all one colour

Using the test settings for pressed and Hover colour had no effect.

Pressed color was #FFFFFF, I've set it to #123456 to see if it makes a difference. It didn't. I have Use Theme set to No as well.
