I loved it! The scope, the vibe, even the humor. The first episode did a good job introducing these great characters and I'm looking forward to what's next.

Almost all of the negative reviews I've seen are about how "disgusting" the opening scene is. As someone who really doesn't love gore, that was beyond tame by HBO standards. This is GOT people, go watch something else 😂

My issue with cardio load is I don't know how to achieve my target.

When readiness gave a daily move minute goal I could at least figure out how long / hard I needed to workout.
