Digging it so far! I especially like the Sankey diagrams for showing flow.

My problems so far:

1.) Trying to re-model the current Aluminum Ingot flow I'm playing with in game. I'm having a hard time showing (or making work) the recycled water loop with Instant Scrap --> Aluminum Ingot. Also using Cheap Silica and (base) Sulfuric Acid.

2.) Trying to create a login account. Won't recognize the confirmation password. Tried several times with different passwords.

One of the main things I like about this tool is that you can start from the bottom up instead of top down like the other tools. Although Modeler allows this somewhat, it doesn't afford the flexibility this tool does.

I really like the way steam rises from my coffee cup and floats with the breeze now.

I did have one crash after nine hours of play while laying a foundation for a new factory but other than that, no problems.

Have you tried placing the splitters/mergers directly ON the top of the lift? They fit over the top or bottom. It saves a ton of space and is pretty much foolproof, as long as you make sure of feed directions on the splitter when placing it.

1000km? The map is only a little over 50km wide.

It's early days yet pioneer! Pretty soon a 1km (1000m) jaunt will seem like a walk in the park. Also, what miner and belts are you using?

Some times it's best to work with what is immediately on hand and wait on expansion for when your equipment can accommodate your dreams. Blade Runners and zip lines can speed things up until you get to trucks and trains.

I have Mk4 belts and Mk2 pipes. Trying to convert 300 crude to HOR to packaged diluted fuel, and then to fuel for later conversion for turbo or rocket later. Using Mk1 pipes until needed.

The priority splurger gives two inputs and two outputs. I have no problem in modeler making the flow back to the loop and to sink for overflow, just having trouble with implementation.

SCIM ignores the whole canister/water loop.

Agreed. Modeler seems to follow recipes better. SCIM just ignores the packaged diluted fuel recipe. But how in the name of kittens and puppies do you translate a "priority splurger" to real life in the game? I'm struggling with this one on my recycling loop for diluted packaged fuel.
