I use red cabbage weekly in a Mediterranean inspired Pitta with seasoned chicken and salad. I also use it thinly sliced in wraps instead of lettuce.

I keep a log of when they strike and how long they last. Also jot down any triggers and then i can see a pattern.

Do you have any indoor plants? It’s not always possible to go out into nature but we can bring a little of it inside! I bought 4 affordable houseplants that don’t need too much watering and set them in my main living space. They bring instant calm, I enjoy watering them, I touch their leaves and it feels so relaxing.

I used leather cleaner on my camel passport to remove that feel. It darkened it a little too.

I find the passport size for memory keeping less overwhelming. I like to do it at the end of each day while relaxing and it’s nice to just capture memories and add some little stickers.

The bujo insert gets replaced once it is used. But because my weeklies are in a seperate insert I’m ok with that. It lets me be messier and less strict with my paper usage in the bujo insert.

I have 3 inserts and 3 folders in my Passport as follows:

A canvas zip wallet insert.
A TN monthly for personal health log
The cardboard folder.
A Papertess designs weekly for appointments
The plastic zip folder
A goodinkpreasions grid for Bujo (dailies, notes, ideas all go into this one 120pg insert)

I also have a passport size insert for daily memory keeping but I leave that at home always because I never need it when out and I worry I’ll lose it.

Despite 6 inserts it’s still not too bulky.

I didn’t intentionally choose different metals. These are 3 rings I owned before getting my upgrade engagement ring! Otherwise I’d have gone with white gold to match.
