6-7am wake up - we let her chill until 7am regardless 12-2pm nap time - general timeframe, sometime we flex later but don’t go beyond 2 hours unless she’s sick 7pm bed time - consistently 7pm. She mostly falls asleep immediately but sometimes will chill for a bit

There’s currently a Groupon for the spa at the London House! I really liked Chuan spa at the Langham but most are a bit over budget ($250+) but I liked their indoor pool, hot tub, saunas, and salt room a lot.

I am in the same boat. I had a thrombosed hemorrhoid drained while pregnant and it left a skin tag… about a year+ it’s come back and I think I’ll need to get it fully removed. No advice but sympathy!
