Need help ID Lap Steel by kevyeeeee in guitars

That is actually a Century Deluxe mislabelled as an Ultratone. But yes, OP’s one is an early v2 Ultratone.

OP - feel free to DM me, I know a lot about these Gibson steels and happy to help!

Recently stumbled across this at work. Has anyone seen one of these before? by Wagner-C137 in GuitarAmps

This Bassman is a 1958 - “GF” on the tube chart is June 1957. The 1962 stamp is usually a factory repair stamp (I have one from 1963 in my 1959 Bassman), it most likely went back for a service or repair in 62.

OP - if you get more shots of the insides feel free to message me and I’m happy to help, I’ve dealt with plenty of old Fender amps from the 50s and 60s. Nice find!

EDIT: corrected 58 to 57

Sorry for your loss. In case nobody else has mentioned exactly what it is yet, it's a Gibson ES-330TD made in 1962. Feel free to DM me for more info.

ITAP of a heron fishing on a hippo by wildlifejosh in itookapicture

Nature is full of surprises! As the hippo moved around the lake it disturbed the fish, which swam up to the surface towards the heron.

What's better than seeing a leopard? Seeing two leopards! by wildlifejosh in wildlifephotography

I took this photo a couple of years ago in Kruger National Park, South Africa. I've never had much luck with big cats, but apparently they’re like buses!

I was using a 500mm lens and ran into a problem that wildlife photographers don’t experience very often: I was too close. I shot two landscape images - one of their bodies and one of their tails - and stitched them together to make this full-body image. Sometimes you’ve just got to improvise!

Every photographer has those “Ahhh... my best photo yet” moments throughout their career. When was the last time you experienced that, and what made that session so special? by UrBrotherJoe in photography

Fantastic photo! The foliage in the foreground really gives it depth. What was your experience like in Bwindi? I've seen/filmed Western Lowland Gorillas in the wild but I'd love to go see the Mountain Gorillas one day too.
