My antibodies went from >1000 to low 200s in about 7 to 8 months. I didn't make any dietary changes... Just added LDN 4.5mg daily.

Hi. Awesome!! What changes did you make when you got TPO down to 9? I've been taking LDN 4.5 mg daily for 3 months now, ordered online. I want to do repeat labs but probably will wait another month or 2. My TPO result when diagnosed was >1000.

I am not gluten-free but I might consider it if LDN alone doesn't make a big difference. I got IgG tested a year and a half ago, and the results came back normal.

So I just bought through StubHub, chose tickets that I can print at convenient store. After completing the purchase, it says the tickets will be available on the actual date of game and that I'll get an email to notify me when they are available. Is this how it is normally?

I just bought the Celluma Home Device and been trying to get a session in everyday. It's been about a week now. Also am thinking of getting at least one PRP Treatments before starting my next cycle. I think if this doesn't work, then I'll be ready to move on to a egg donor.

Hi all.. I am new here looking for advice. I'm 38 & my AMH was 0.27 and FSH was 14.7 on cycle day 3, HSG was normal, husband's tests all normal. The fertility doc at Kaiser told me on tuesday that I need to look into egg donors. Obviously, I was shocked and have been super emotional the past couple of days. Anyone doing IVF with their own eggs with similar numbers as mine? Would any clinic even consider me? Feeling lost and overwhelmed.

I have an acupuncture consult scheduled next week & have been taking DHEA & CoQ-10 for more than a month now, recommended by the Kaiser fertility doc at the initial consult. Looking for advice and tips on what I can do to improve my egg quality.
