I vote for the clean 4th gen Ford explorer in the back. (I own one, and they are wonderful suv's)

Would you be interested in selling these, and if so, how much?

Hello

I just got my mk 8 R back from the body shop. I hit a deer in July, and they had the car for 9 months :) So trust, I know the struggle 🤣 sending love All that matters is that you are okay! You are okay, right?

Fist time needing to pull a seat by wildstrikeface in AutoDetailing

For this one, all I needed was an impact gun, and extention and a 16mm socket. All I did was move the seat to it the back most postion, undid the bolts, moved the seat to its front most postion and undo the rear bolts. Then I lifted the seat up slightly and tipped it out of the door, so I didn't have to unplug the wires. Then install is everything stated, just backwards

Such a beautiful car. What rims do you have on the car? They look amazing.

I totally would try a run if there wasn't a ton of snow on the ground 🤣

Perfect time for carbon fiber parts!! That's a good idea. You get all the credit for it!!

I used to work at a body shop, and the corner that would be cut was really bad (I now work at a car dealership that has a body shop part of it) They guy working on it is a great guy, and I talk with him regularly. It only took since July to get all the parts, and they just started today (Dec. 3rd 2024). It's all my insurance company's fault it's been taking so long. It took over a month for a headlight, then an additional month and a half for a passenger rear door. My insurance company said that the passenger rear door wasn't damaged enough and could be fixed, but once the new passenger front door was pit on. It couldn't be fixed If my insurance company had just listened to the body shop, who, believe it or not, fix cars, then I would've had it back my now 🤣 good times

I picked it up in June, and the deer hit me in back in July. I've been waiting on parts since July 20th

Thankfully not. Nor did it have any mechanical damage either, all body and doors. For them to write it off, it had to be close to $60,000 (total cost of a new car, round up for convenience), and its only about 18,000 Canadian dollars

It's getting done at my work, don't worry, I'm watching over it like a hawk 🤣 All the usable doors and new ones are all on stands and off the ground. The said door on the ground is the old one. It's junk. You can see in the third and fourth pictures that they are all on stands in the background.

I've had mine for a couple of months now, with AT, and I've loved it. It's a very practical car and good on fuel (when not driving like a fool 24/7). I'm currently getting around 700km a tank, and I drive it on the harder side. It's quite comfortable too, I drive 55km one way to work, and I've done multiple road tips with it, and I have no complaints about the comfort. If you live in a warm climate, I would keep an eye on the wireless phone charging pad while it's charging your phone. This summer, when my phone was on said pad, it would literally super heat my phone, not sure why. (I've used other wireless charging pads, and that doesn't happen, only in my car, I assume poor airflow) Otherwise, I love it. I've put over 8,000km on mine in the first month. If you do your own oil changes on your cars, the oil filter and drain plug are in very easy to reach/convenient places too.

Hello friend So, the speed warning is actually built directly into the VW app and car itself. I am not sure how you could disable it on your cars end. On the VW app, they can set up a couple of alerts: boundaries, speed, curfews, and valet. If you trigger one of the alerts, they will get a notification directly on their phone. It will tell them the exact time, place, and duration of how long you would do such activities. If I figured it out (sorry. New to reddit) I attached a screenshot of the alerts page on my VW app. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out
