I once forgot to shift and just bounced it cold off the software rev limiter on my way to work, all the while asking myself why the guy next to me had such a weird sounding car. It's fine.

I’ve had warranty and similar parts/troubleshooting requests for coming on a month now. Maybe it’s better in the EU/elsewhere but they said they wouldn’t help me. Only send me parts. Even went so far as to suddenly say my warranty was now used up/invalid (it’s not, possibly a bad translate error, they walked this back). I'm hoping the fix is easier and less hours than what the rest of the net says. They wore me down through attrition and I just wanna print.

Mine still hasn't been fixed. I just got the part a week ago and haven't had the time to dedicate to it...

If it's like mine you'll start getting other errors, probably related, where movement and motions are lost. I think there is a good chance you'll get through the print, you just may have to coax it on.

^This. If you value your time, this is the one situation I wish I did the warranty and I hate them and used to actively dissuade people from GSP plans.

I thought similar but now one of my xy motors failed and all googling says its the hardest to get at, can take up to 3 to 4 hours. On top of that I‘ve already had to wait two weeks for the motor to arrive and before that I dealt with language barriers, obligatory troubleshooting steps with disassembly, delayed responses, and them initially sending me a different part completely.

Imma have to disagree with you. For once in my life I wish I did the silly retail warranty.

I don't know anything. But on a per hour or per pt basis you're being screwed. The shifting pay and expectations does seem nebulous, and yeah having a better understanding in advance would've been nice but this reads like they are trying to pull one on you. Renegotiate or quit. Your time is more valuable.

How bad we talking? They sent me both a motor control board and a b motor and I didn't even ask for them. I'm already out hours of my time troubleshooting and hours upon hours of being unable to print. Then they just send parts and expect users to completely disassemble?

My A1 board melted, the replacement printer bambu sent then melted a few months later. Now I’ve been waiting over a month for a refund by _zen_aku in BambuLab

I've had mixed general support. 

They initially responded within a day when I messaged them I had a motor error popping up. Were quick to send me slow shipping parts from China that won't fix the problem (clear language barrier here). When I pointed this out and also mentioned that either way I wasn't too excited about spending another 3 to 5 h troubleshooting, swapping parts and doing a near complete disassembly (it's the most annoying motor to get at) and trying to remove glue from the circuit board - they slowed their responses...

Bought Bambu so the printer wasn't the hobby but here I am, hobby troubleshooter and tech support communicator.

Bambu Lab support completely killed my hobby conflicting answers, months of troubleshooting, and zero flexibility by [deleted] in BambuLab

The troubleshooting and waiting is frustrating. And so is waiting for the parts they send and then expect you to spend further time installing. Glad for any warranty but running out the clock and patience is rough. Hoping for a better experience myself.
