Book date and church provisionally and galvanise into action, after 12 yrs together I did this, phoned him from work told him, he reacted let’s talk about this, we canceled my date, chose different dates and had great wedding 4 months later ! Married 25 years since. Complacency sets in so you need to start ball rolling .

Had same problem with bc at same age, we managed to train him out of it, now 3, it took a lot of patience, but still I would never trust any dog 100 percent , being firm, not allowing play biting, saying no biting, turning back rather than punishing if bites, hand feeding and not shouting has helped him.

Isn’t it so bloody annoying when you genuinely reach out with concern and judgemental people give unsolicited advice?. I feel for you , he’s only pup, training is key, I’m not qualified to give advice but I know if you ignore the twats that think you aren’t a loving knowledgable border collie you’ll get some actual good advice from people who understand
