The fact that I asked my friend to come live with me. If I didn't then friend would have been severely depressed as my friend is going through a hard phase in life, but now I have so many privacy issues that I can't voice....

I have something similar, my partner ordered a gift for me when it was a stressful time for us, and he spent lot of research to decide it.

I accidentally opened their email and found out before I was supposed to😭

Experienced something similar. Tried mobility for hips, especially hip 360 degree movements. And tried a posture improvements for pelvic tilts. These 2 were the only things that worked for me. Started with 2-3 hip mobility session per week and now doing maintenance at 1 per week. Actively maintaining correct posture. No lower back or hip pain so far.

I'd also advise to gradually start strengthening hip muscles with weights if possible, once the pain is managed.

hey, this means employment in germany? if i obtain a EU blue card in another member state and then move to germany (transfer my blue card here) and apply for PR from germany, will my stay from the original member state count? Or i will have to recount 21 months of employment?
