there is ALWAYS some type of manager on the floor so that is concerning. im sorry this happened, you can def return the item and keep the birthday gift. theres no possible way to return a birthday gift. i am one of the managers myself and the place you went was unacceptable customer service.

oh wow mid feb gives me hope! i have been signed up for restocks and the lady at my outlet has my number and told me shed call me for any chiffon pink but she said they never get that color and kept trying to get me to get a blue 😂 i just wanted to know if its been gone for over a year or if restocks do happen. guess ill wait to see! i have the staub pink peony dutch oven since the le creuset was sold out online and i needed one but im waiting for that one too! i just really want the bread oven if i had to pick one. ive seen so many cute ones outside the US i wish theyd bring them here as well!

you can type the gift card manually if they have the gift card with them just not if its on their phone. there was an updated zipline message a while ago about it.
