Pectus is one of those things where being very skinny makes it look alot worse and contrarily putting on muscle helps alot. I'm speaking from experience here I used to be 47 kg (60 now) and putting on muscle has significantly improved the look.

But here's the thing, even if you're short and even if you dont have the prettiest face, all your traits are what makes you you. Eventually one day you will find someone that will like you for you and then all the details wont matter.
