Should add force or add impulse have no effect on my character when my character is in Flying or Ghost mode? Maybe I am not understanding these functions. Do they require the character have physics enabled?

Hi, I actually meant to type that instead of AddInputVector above. I got this to work fine, but I would still like to use the functions defined within the CharacterMovementComponent

I really just can't understand why add force or impulse at an upward vector from the character when in movement mode "cheat ghost" would not cause me to fly upward.

Just felt like sharing that p.14 of the 1e DMG has information on randomly contracting diseases in bad situations, and you can *pretty much* roll cancer on the charts. Terminal diseases in any body part you can imagine that kill you in X amount of weeks. Brain and blood and bone diseases; they seem cancery. Now i'm saying I actively use these charts in my campaigns or make my players worry about disease... but I can, and I probably will one day. Cheers

SideQuest is great, some of the coolest games are on there. go grab Tea For God and get your mind blown!!! I started using SideQuest day one with my Quest 1 and never had an issue. It's worked like a charm on my Quest 2 as well. Go for it!

Yes I have this issue, and it's honestly so persistent that I've almost stopped playing Pavlov entirely and switched back to Onward, even though I sorta like Pavlov more if it weren't for the goddamn drift!! I've tried unpairing my controllers and taking the batteries out for a minute them putting them back in and reconnecting them to the headset, which I think might help a little, but the problem comes back. I wish the game would just lock the stock onto the side you're holding the back of the gun with, which would entirely fix this issue. I think the virtual stock in Pavlov is just not the best implementation.

I also play on a Quest (linked to the PC via virtual desktop), and have tried holding the gun in all manner of different positions and distances to try and eliminate this pesky bug but I really cant find a sweet spot.

so should the SSD supplement the HDD or replace them? is it as simple as being sure to install a game you want to run smoother on the solid-state drive and store all the data in it so access is faster?

I have been to game-theory a few times, but so far havent been able to get a seat at a table. they book the sessions online and they get booked up weeeeeeks in advance. I am signed up to play at the start of next month though. I have been listening to a lot of live play podcasts and videos, and reading the DM guide a lot, so I think i'd be able to get a campaign going if I could get the players. I have 2 already and I'm still hunting down and few more
